This workshop concludes a 5-part Workshop Series, each devoted to delving into the gifts of the 5 elements. Whether you are drawn to the grounding energy of Earth, the sensual fluidity of Water, the transformation of Fire, the tranquil whispers of Air, or the boundless expansiveness of Ether, these workshops offer a nurturing space for you to connect and explore each element’s essence.

In our ETHER-themed workshop, we traverse through all elements, forging a bridge between physical and celestial realms. Through movement, chanting, practicing Cosmic Orbit Breath, and guided meditation, we deepen our receptivity to subtle energies and our inherent connection to stillness and expansiveness. An ethereal Soundbath will serve as the closing ceremony of this Workshop Series.
