Breathwork in a live group-environment is my favourite setting.

The tribal and ancient parts of us long for these kind of community experiences. To breathe together, to cry and laugh together, to dive deep and surface together. Our nervous systems were built to co-regulate with each other.

We can rebuilt these spaces and find ways to nourish ourselves in the urban jungle.
